Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

We will not retain any financial personal data such as credit or debit card numbers, banking details. We do not collect any information from third party credit reference agencies. We do not collect data from our websites as to which products you have viewed.
We do not record or monitor telephone calls.
We will not share any of your personal data with any other organisation.
We store this data securely on our in-house computer server which is also backed up by our computer software company.
You have the right to object to how we use your personal data. You have the right of access and to correct, delete or restrict the use of the data.
If you require us to delete your data from our database please write to us at the above address or email us at info@rahaseats.co.uk However, please bear in mind that if we delete any data we will not be able to assist you with enquiries about your purchases as all the data will be erased.
