Measure, Order & Recieve

Orders can vary depending fabric stocks,

but we usually say within 4-6 weeks from when we receive payment for an order.

Although occasionally we’re able to complete order’s far sooner than expected in which case we’ll notify you.

Preferably we’d like the full payment upfront before we go ahead

as this is a Made-to-measure service, but if need be we allow for a deposit payment of Half the total amount & the remainder on delivery. 

Our seating is Fully Customisable

and Made-To-Measure 

This includes changing the Fabric, Wood Colour, Wooden decor, and even removing things you don’t need.

It’s worth noting this could possible change your quote depending on the changes required.

We use firm hard foam for the base of the seating (mattress) which won’t dent in over time. We also use soft foam for the backrests to be more comfortable when you recline on them. As for the Armrests we use the same Firmness Foam as the base for the same reason.

Our raised seating has a wooden frame so Its not entirely foam this guarantees the seating won’t sink in like conventional sofas that use springs etc. 

Our Fabrics are all designed for Upholstery and have a special fire-retardant coating, the seating topper has a soft fibre filling for extra comfort and serves the purpose of protecting the seating fabric underneath; ideal for families with children.

Measuring is easy

We just need you to take measurement on the flooring next to the skirting for an accurate measurement.

It will be helpful if you send a picture of where you want the seating so we can advise you accordingly.

We use hard wearing upholstery fabrics that are fire-retardant but depending on what you’ve purchased certain aspects may be fixed to frame of seating and non-removable. With stuff like that you’ll have to wipe instead if it gets dirty. 

With the foam pieces & cushions you can unzip the casing and cold wash no longer than 20mins as to not damage the fabric. This is also the case with the seating topper although the fibre inside is non-removable. 

Our service is only available to mainland U.K. as we deliver and fit the seating ourselves, delivery charges will vary depending on your location.

So like all bespoke made-to-measure services what your buying is made just for you and non-refundable, saying that in the unlikely case that there’s something you’re dissatisfied with please notify us and well try our best to rectify the issue.
